This is a novel ratchet handle in which the main shaft rotates in a fixed direction of your choice when you twist the grip handle to the left or right (twist rotary mechanism).
Useful in narrow work areas where the grip width is limited.
Also, when tightening bolts and nuts (until a certain amount of torque is applied), there is no backtracking, so tightening can be done smoothly.
Insert an extension bar or grip handle into the rear of the grip to expand your work possibilities.
