For parts made of relatively soft materials such as aluminum, we process a female thread for inserting an insert coil in order to strengthen the female thread and increase durability.
There are two types of chamfers: 1.5P blind hole and 5P through hole.
There is also an oversized tap of 1b+30 that takes into account the shrinkage of the female thread.
Use
For rolled aluminum materials, aluminum alloy castings, and zinc alloy castings.
